✨ The New AI Feature That Might Write Your Next Winning Ad

OpenAI agents launched, prompt systems that write like therapists, and a updated free persona generator that doesn’t suck.

Hey all, and happy Fridizzle.

For those new here, welcome to SelfStack, where we discuss recent AI launches, strategies and how they can enhance your creative strategy and content.

Let’s dive right in!

OpenAI Agents Just Launched [chicka what!?]

OpenAI has just released their agents, and upon first glance, it feels like a glorified version of the deep research component. It seems like folks have already found unlocks, but take everything you see on LinkedIn with a grain of salt (unless you commented “SelfGen”... then it’s legit).

Rest assured, I will be spending a good chunk of today playing with it and determining where creative strategy can be effectively layered in.

My initial thought where this can be most compelling is giving it access to your creative briefs from the past, and Facebook/IG data that you’ve pulled in from its API, and then having it poke holes in your strategy and generate net new content.

On Tuesday, I will have better findings, and I promise to share them with you all in detail.

I am very excited to dig in.

Easy Prompts to Generate Headlines That Sound Like Your Consumer’s Therapist:

One thing that people often discuss, but don’t always get right, is using one-to-one language in your ad copy.

Speak to someone as if you just had coffee with their therapist.

To that end, you need them to know that you are speaking with them, and so much copy these days is generic.

ChatGPT copy is generic, and I am guessing, by association, your static copy comes across that way too.

Example of a real static we tested and took off:

  • {Input} Brand: Kajabi

  • {Input} Product: Courses

  • {Input} Persona: Solopreneur

  • {Input} Angle: From Idea to Income, Fast

  • {Output} Persona + Angle Breakdown : She’s in her early thirties, juggling freelance gigs and a half-built course idea that’s lived in her Notes app for a year. Tired of tutorials, unused tools, and second-guessing her next step, she just wants to launch without the tech headache. Kajabi’s clean, all-in-one platform feels like the shortcut she’s been waiting for. It’s simple, empowering, and finally makes the path from idea to income feel real.

👑 {Output} Winning Headline Copy: The ideas in your Notes App aren't going to monetize themselves

👑 {Output} Subheader Copy: Kajabi gives you everything to launch and sell your own course

Here are the three key prompts to utilize in succession

(even better to create a n8n or Zapier to do this automatically for you—happy to help, just reply to this email), but opening a window in ChatGPT 4o works just as well [it is just not as repeatable])

Also, quick sanity check aside: do you all feel like you are getting two different sides of fundamental behavioral thinking with 4o vs. o3?

It seems so obvious, but how is no one discussing the distinction between type I and type II [great outline here on what that means]? RIP Daniel Kahneman.

Here is the headline prompt that has generated our client plenty of dough by cutting CPA. It is too long to paste in a newsletter, but you can steal the exact prompts here.

In terms of the Free Persona Ad Iterator, we have curtailed a fair number of typos by adding a handful of failsafes. It is still not perfect, but much closer.

It is also better at IDing obscure headlines, and making them feel more natural:

Alt 1

Alt 2

Alt 3

While it is still free and not within the SelfGen ecosystem, please try it out and give us feedback: we are eager to know if anything this generates is something you would utilize in your testing.

Please respond to this email with any questions, comments or concerns, and have a great weekend!
